How exactly does all this work?
RoboRSVP™ is designed to allow people to register for events. Types of events this software is designed to support include everything from continuing education to wine tastings.
Why would I use RoboRSVP?
If you have an event coming up, whether it's a wedding reception or hosted group events, you will find that coordinating an event (depending on its size) can take hours of time to call, receive calls, wait on mailed responses, etc.
RoboRSVP takes the guesswork out of who is attending through real-time reports available from the administration dashboard. Using RoboRSVP decreases the amount of time you spend trying to organize your guest list. It provides autoreminders that you customize. RoboRSVP also integrates with Facebook, Twitter and other social media websites easily.

I am a nonprofit. Is it possible to obtain this for a reduced rate?
It never hurts to contact us and ask. If you are doing relief work in Japan right now, for example, yes, we would discount the software significantly or donate licensing depending on the type of organization and intended use.
Is it difficult to cancel my subscription to RoboRSVP?

File Management
Can I upload more than one attachment? I plan on having various classes or events at any given time. Also, I have posters for each one, too.
With RoboRSVP, this is a snap. You will be able to configure your calendar events with an image, attachments (many file formats are supported).
I am having difficulty uploading a file.
There are several potential issues:
1) The image uploads only support GIF, JPG or PNG files. You should have received a warning, but on occasion your browser preferences may prevent you from seeing an alert or error.
2)
The attachment uploads support RTF, PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG, DOC, and DOCX file formats. Others are not supported by our servers at this time. If you are a registered member, please complete a support ticket if there are additional file formats you would like to see supported.
3) Make sure the file is accessible on your local computer. At this time, we don't support upload from http or https connections.

Do I have to do something to get locations to appear?
Google Maps are automatically created for you when you enter the event location. If you don't want to be specific, you can simply enter the city and state.

What happens when something isn't working?
Once you are registered, if you experience any technical difficulties, there is a "support" link that allows you to contact RoboRSVP directly for assistance and/or resolution. |

What types of images can I upload?
You can upload jpg, gif and png file formats. You can attach numerous types of files (as attachments) but not as an image associated with your company or event. |
Social Media
Is it easy to get the information out to Facebook friends and Twitter followers, or to send out in an email blast?
Yes, RoboRSVP allows you to integrate links for use with Facebook, Twitter, email campaigns and YouTube. It is as simple as "copy+paste" and we are working on native elements that allow you to update (automatically) Facebook and push autoreminders through Twitter. |

Yes. We provide several different reports.

Can this be configured to send out reminders?
Yes. You control the content and frequency.
Do I receive payment/deposit confirmation?
Yes. You will need to set up a PayPal account for your users to be able to complete payments/deposits if you are accepting them online.
